The Mission of The Ithaca City School District Employee Association is to provide a safe, secure, well run, well maintained, healthy, nourishing, and enriching learning environment for the benefit of all students, families, staff and community of the Ithaca City School District.

The ICSDEA represents the Maintenance and Grounds Crew, Bus Drivers, Mechanics, Clerical Staff, Custodial staff, Food Service Workers, Library Clerks, School Nurses and IT Staff of the Ithaca City School District.
