In her own words:
I’m the proud parent of 4 amazing kids and the even prouder grandparent of 6
grandchildren—which means my house is never quiet and my heart (and snack stash) is always
full. I’ve been married to my husband for 20 years, which clearly proves patience, teamwork,
and a shared sense of humor go a long way.
When I’m not surrounded by family chaos (the good kind), you’ll find me on the lake in the
summer, soaking up sunshine, or relaxing on my peaceful patio pretending I don’t have a to-do
list. I love playing cards with friends, watching sports, and hopping on a plane to Florida every
chance I get to visit my daughter and her family—because any excuse for sunshine and
grandkids is a good one.
I’ve worked for ISCD for 29 long years (yes, long—but worth it), and I’m counting down the days
until retired life, where my schedule will finally include more lake days, more travel, and
absolutely no alarm clocks.
